Should Your Next property be Eco-Friendly?

Due to the high demand of housing within the UK, we’ve seen an immense increase in the number of properties being rented out as well as a decline in the number being sold. In 2015, it was reported that there are 27 million UK households, but after the effects of Brexit that figure has drastically changed.

Within that 27 million there is a small percentage who are still hoping to get their hands and legs onto the property ladder and purchase their very own home to escape the stresses of being a tenant.

With that being said, the eco-Friendly home trend has seen a massive boom and increase internationally, but is now receiving more attention here in the UK for many reasons. One being the fact that it’s very cost-effective and also contributes a great deal to our health.
